Maddy & James, celebrated their gorgeous light blue-toned wedding at the Hay-Adams this Spring, with all their closest family & friends. With family traveling in from NY and Canada, it was important to the couple that their heritage and history was a part of the ceremony.

Culture and Cake Combine

After a cultural ceremony with nods to the Scottish background, the evening was filled with heartfelt and emotional toasts, plus incredibly fun dancing. Live bands just bring LIFE to the dance floor!

Another special element was during the cake cutting. The groom, who is an officer in US Marines, used his sword to slice through their delicious multi-tiered cake by Buttercream Bakeshop. Who needs a knife when you can use a sword?!
