Bull Run Country Club

I bet this Virginia wedding venue hasn’t seen such a stunning wedding before! Blue and white chinoiserie, Something Bleu shoes, Birdies slippers, orchid flowers, confetti and champagne with the gals… you name it, this bride had it! I laughed, and literally told her I was living vicariously through her. Literally LOVED every single detail.

Before I get ahead of myself though, I’ll give you a peek of the various parts of the day. You’re going to love it though… so just get ready to be amazed.

It’s Wedding Day!

The bride opted to get ready at her parents place near the wedding venue, Bull Run Country Club. Their house had so many options for getting ready location, space for the bridesmaids to get ready (while also still maintaining a safe distance, because #2020. It’s a huge bonus that the master bedroom, and living room had massive windows for us to be able to do some amazing getting ready shots, and no flash was needed, yay!

Queue the confetti, because that’s what came next! The epic bridesmaids in their robes, slippers, and poppin’ that confetti to get the party started. I’m all about this–and truly love the joy that came from the POP. It’s the little things, ya’ll.

Afterwards, we grabbed a bottle of champagne, because these girls needed to toast the bride! We also brought in the mother and mother-in-law to join the toasts, and it truly was an epic girls affair.

With the clock winding down, and go time quickly approaching–it’s dress time! These girls didn’t miss an inch, ensuring their friend was ready for her groom. Also, those shoes–I practically died when I saw them. GORGEOUS. Can I have another bride buy these? 😉 Please and thank you.

This little ring-bearer stole the show for a few seconds, but then you know the moment a groom gets all emotional seeing his bride walk down the aisle? It gets me teary eyed just talking about it. He cried! Awww!

Ceremony Time!

After the ceremony, it was party time with their nearest and dearest. With a hanging floral installation, champagne cart, and personalized crest touches through the ceremony, this reception space was unforgettable. Don’t overlook the Beauty & the Beast vibe, name cards! Seriously–one of my all-time favorite reception spaces.

Reception Time!

I love a good US military couple–and these two, they definitely fit the Air Force type, and hype. So incredible sweet, and together, I can only image the power couple they’re going to make.
